    • Obituary: Esther M. Klingler, age 69, of 155 Montrose Ave., NW Canton, was pronounced dead on arrival at Aultman Hospital following a lingering illness. Born in Harrisburg, Ohio August 17, 1910 to the late Henry and Sophia Smith Michel, she lived in the Canton area for 35 years and was a member of St. Joseph s Catholic Church, St. Michael s Senior Citizens Group. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer J. Klingler in 1977. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Daniel (Corinne) Sanders of Massillon; one son, Rev. Father Ronald M. Klingler of Youngstown; one brother, Carl Michel of Massillon; one sister, Mrs. Freida Paquelet of Louisville, three grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday at 11 AM in St. Joseph s Catholic Church with Bishop James Malone concelebrating the Mass. Burial was at Calvary Cemetery in Massillon. Friends called at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Louisville on Thursday.
