Notes - Obituary: Frieda K. Paquelet, age 88, of 303 S. Chapel St., Louisville passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, at St. Joseph Hospice following a short illness. Born in Fulda, Noble County, July 16 1900 to the late Henry and Sophia (Smith) Michel, she lived in Stark County since 1907. She worked at the Paquelet Furniture Store and Funeral Home with her husband Raymond and sons Richard, and Paul, for the last 45 years. She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and St. Ann s Altar and Rosary Society, Columbus Women s Club, Louisville American Legion Auxiliary, and was a Past-President of the Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Raymond, with whom she lived for 65 years; sons Richard and Paul - both of Louisville; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas, in 1942, brothers Theodore, Francis and Carl; two sisters, Mrs. Julietta Frank and Mrs. Esther Klinger. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Louis Catholic Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Calling hours were on Tuesday in the Paquelet Funeral Home. American Legion Auxiliary services and St. Ann s and Columbus Women s Club services were also held at the funeral home.
